The domain

The Delas Frères Estate, founded in 1835, is one of the most respected and prestigious names in the northern Rhône Valley. Located in Tournon-sur-Rhône, it boasts a historical expertise in the production of fine wines, particularly in iconic appellations such as Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, and Condrieu. The domain stands out for its rigor in viticulture and precise winemaking that respects the terroirs. The vineyards are cultivated with meticulous attention, often on steep slopes, which gives the wines a remarkable depth and complexity.



The wine

The "Brumaire de Bruyère" 1997 cuvée is a rare and precious edition from Domaine Delas. Born from a rigorous parcel selection, it embodies the essence of the Condrieu terroir, renowned for its granite soils and favorable microclimate. The winemaking process is meticulous, with gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, followed by careful aging. This process highlights the purity of the fruit and the finesse of the aromas while preserving the balance and freshness characteristic of this vintage.
