The domain
Founded in 1628, it is now managed by Pierre and Jean Trimbach. The estate is located on many Grand Crus and beautiful terroirs. The work in the vineyard and in the winery remains quite traditional and is not focused on modernity, which defines the style of the house.
The wine
The Riesling Cuvée Frédéric Emile 2005 offers an impressive aromatic complexity. The nose reveals notes of white fruits, lime, and minerality, with hints of white flowers and flint. On the palate, the wine is dry, with bright acidity and a crisp texture. The finish is long and precise, with subtle notes of citrus zest and flint.
