These little treats are harvested in the regional natural park of the Gâtinais located in the south of Paris. The beekeeper Clément Hamette took over the family activity in 2019, embodying the fifth generation perpetuating local and traditional expertise. He practices the beehives' transhumance, consisting of moving them seasonally following the blooming of flowers, to propose special kinds of honey from the best terroirs. This confidential custom also favors pollination!
