To unsubscribe, scroll down to the bottom of any newsletter and click "Unsubscribe from this list" or contact the E-commerce Department directly.

PRODUCTS
You can have your Tour d'Argent tumbler engraved by our silversmith at the Rouge-Pullon atelier in Paris. This requires longer delivery times and additional cost.
Our products are available online or at La Petite Epicerie de la Tour located at 13, Quai de la Tournelle, in Paris' 5th arrondissement. Our boutique is open Monday to Friday 11am-2pm and 3pm-8pm, Saturday non-stop 11am-8pm and Sunday 10am-1pm.
Orders placed on the online store are processed Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm.
All Petite Epicerie de la Tour products are available on the website, with the exception of some bottles and fresh products. The monthly range of Private Sales from the Tour d'Argent cellars is only available online.

Our theoretical stock can exceptionally differ from our real stock. In this case, you will be notified by email and can wait for the restock of the product, choose an alternative reference for a similar price, or be refunded the item.
All products on Tour d'Argent's online store are made in France. If you wish to know more, the page « Our artisans of excellence » pays tribute to all our collaborators. Some of our partnerships date back over half a century.
GLASSWARE
Riedel glasses engraved with the Tour d'Argent logo should be hand-washed one at a time to avoid breakages, using tepid water and without abrasives. Rinse the bottom last, glass tilted downwards. Avoid storing the glasses close to strong-smelling substances, as they may absorb the odour.
FORKS
Wash Tour d'Argent forks in tepid water. Add some mild liquid soap and leave to soak for a few minutes. Wash with cleaning cream to restore shine and remove dust residues. If used infrequently, store in its original box.
TUMBLERS
Wash Tour d'Argent tumblers in tepid water. Add some mild liquid soap and leave to soak for a few minutes. Wash with cleaning cream to restore shine and remove dust residues. If used infrequently, store in its original box.
CARAFES
Tour d'Argent pitchers can be cleaned in tepid water with a touch of washing-up liquid. Shake to remove all residues. Insert a paper towel to dry. Store in a high place to avoid breakage. Avoid shocks or scratches.
WINES
Our wines are cellar-aged in ideal conditions. Our Head Sommelier ensures that all bottles served in our gourmet restaurant and sold online are in optimum condition. The Tour d'Argent stamp on the bottle is a guarantee it has been carefully stored during the ageing period. Our wines should be stored in a cellar, away from light sources, with controlled humidity and ventilation.
DELICATESSEN PRODUCTS
To enjoy our delicatessen products at their best, please refer to the best before and expiry dates stated on the packaging. Dry products should be kept tightly sealed and stored in a dry place. Fresh products should be stored in the refrigerator. Storage instructions are specified on the packaging.
If case of any doubt, please contact the E-commerce Department.
Products can be returned within 14 days of the order being placed. If you wish to return your purchase, please submit a return request by email to the following address: epicerie@tourdargent.com. You are not required to state your reason for returning the product. Return costs are at the customer's expense, in accordance with the Hamon Law. The returned goods will be reimbursed within 14 days. Please note that if the product has been used beyond simple handling, as would happen in-store, compensation shall be provided on the basis of the rates set by Tour d'Argent.
Tour d'Argent therefore undertakes to reimburse you for any unsatisfactory item purchased on the website, with the exception of wine bottles from the Tour d'Argent cellar. To find out more about wine returns, please consult the “Wines” section below. Refunds will be deposited into the bank account from which the original payment was made within 14 days of receipt of the non-compliant product by the Tour d'Argent E-commerce Department.
WINES
When opening a wine bottle, two problems may arise:
If the bottle has a defect, a refund will be issued. This is a rare occurrence. If the wine is not to your liking, Tour d'Argent cannot be held responsible. In both cases, we ask that the bottle be returned so that it may be tasted on site by our wine experts, taking into account the oxidation phenomena that follows the opening of a bottle.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Pre-ordering is the reservation of a product that is not yet available. By subscribing to pre-orders, you are guaranteed to be one of the first to learn about any outstanding new products, which you can then pre-order, effectively reserving them and ensuring you receive your desired quantity. You will then be among the first to receive your product as soon as it is made available online.
Please find our Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the « Help & Contact » section or at the link in your order confirmation email. To finalise your order, you must agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Select the product you wish to order by clicking « Add to basket ». You can view and modify the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the basket icon at the top-right of all the website's pages. It also allows you to place your order. Once your payment is complete, you will be redirected to a thank you page displaying your order number. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Every order is prepared with the greatest care. Your package is delivered in a shipping box, reinforced with a divider to separate items if necessary (wine bottles, glass jars, etc.). Each item will be wrapped in nap paper. Certain gift boxes are sold in our Tour d'Argent blue box. The Tour d'Argent blue boxes can be purchased individually in a 1-bottle or 3-bottle set. Some wine gift boxes come with light wood crates stamped with the Tour d'Argent logo, in 1-bottle, 3-bottle, 6-bottle and Magnum lots. The wooden crates cannot be purchased individually.

To shop with ease and to find your favourite products quickly, all you need to do is to click on the little heart next to the « Add to cart » button. On a product description page, this little heart is to the right of the product title. Find all your favourites in the tab « My wishlist », located between the account icon and the cart icon. The « My wishlist » icon is also a heart. You can create several different wishlists. To do this, give your list a name in the dedicated field. Happy shopping!
For any changes to your order after confirmation, please get in touch with the E-commerce Department as soon as possible.
DELIVERY & PICK-UP
L’Épicerie Tour d’Argent delivers worldwide however a few references cannot be shipped everywhere. Ducks and fresh products can only be delivered to France, Monaco, Belgium, Spain, and Luxembourg. Please note a €10.00 charge will be added to your bill for expeditions of Champagne to the United Kingdom and the United States of America. We do not ship food or spirits to the United States.
You can collect orders placed through the website at La Petite Epicerie de la Tour. Before attempting to collect your item, please wait for confirmation via text message from the E-Commerce Department. Your package will be available for pick-up for 21 days. To collect your order, you must present the following:
- The text message confirming your order is ready for pick-up
- An identity document
When placing your order, you can nominate someone else who will collect your products from La Petite Epicerie de la Tour. Please provide their name and surname at the following address: epicerie@tourdargent.com. On the day of collection, the designated person must be able to show proof of ID.
Make the best choice, place your orders on our online store all year round. We deliver directly to your home or to the address of your choice.
Colissimo – delivery in 2-5 days from receipt of order confirmation email. Shipping fee: €14.90. Delivery is free for orders over €200.
Chronofresh – guaranteed delivery on your day of choice. Shipping fee: €19.90.
Free pick-up at la Petite Epicerie de la Tour – pick-up available from same day to 5 days after order confirmation.
Courier exclusively dedicated to Paris addresses (75 000 up to 75 020) : 19.90€ in 3 hours minimum.

If you are not in, your parcel will be kept by the delivery company with whom we work. The delivery company will send you an SMS in order to reorganise the delivery on a convenient date. If you do not reply, the parcel will be returned to us. Your phone number is therefore essential, to facilitate the work of our team and our delivery company.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal. To complete the payment, you will be asked to enter your bank card number, its expiration date and the 3-digit CVV on the back of your card. Your bank will then receive an authorisation request. If the request is rejected, the order will be cancelled automatically and you will receive an email notification from Epicerie Tour d'Argent. Once the order is finalised, you will be sent an order summary and an email.
Tour d'Argent Grocery is a secure shopping environment. The padlock symbol next to the URL starting with « https » indicates that transactions made on the website are secure. We use the 3D Secure system to increase transaction security, thanks to the « Verified by Visa » and « MasterCard SecureCode »methods.
When paying by credit card, your account is charged when the order is completed.
Your invoice is attached to the order confirmation email. It can also be viewed in the « My account » page, under « Order history and details ». You can also download your invoice by clicking on « Download your invoice (PDF) » and track the shipment of your order step by step.
