    The domain

    Château de Pez, located in Saint-Estèphe, is a renowned estate known for its robust and elegant wines. The clay-gravel terroir of the appellation allows the estate to produce cuvées of great depth and complexity.     The wine

    The Château de Pez 2005, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, reveals a beautiful maturity. The nose is rich, with aromas of ripe black fruits, cedar, tobacco, and spices. On the palate, the wine is opulent and structured, with powerful yet well-integrated tannins. The finish is long and complex, marked by notes of chocolate, leather, and licorice.
