The Domaine

The winemaking history of Maison Trimbach dates back to 1626. Since then, 12 generations of rigorous winemakers and Ambassadors passionate about Alsace wines have never ceased to distinguish themselves by the quality and authenticity of their wines. Patiently developed from father to son, the reputation of the house is now solid. It is now managed by the brothers Pierre & Jean, and their respective children.

The wine

This Riesling, considered to be a gastronomic Riesling, is very charming. The wine offers a good depth with aromatic intensity and an impression of clear minerality. It is truly a "big", which appreciates the accompaniment on noble fish.
