Description

It all began in 1979 with Charles Tardy and the story has continued for 5 generations. Today managed by Charles' son François and his wife Anne, the quality of the terroirs is enhanced by the application of organic farming principles, certified since 2013, to which biodynamic practices are added. This "green" philosophy continues in the cellar, working as naturally as possible.

It should be drunk young for red meat and roasted game, and older for hearty dishes, pepper sauces or chocolate desserts.
