The Domaine

The castle became propriety of the young Hugh Barton in 1821 and is in the Irish family ever since. It is now run by Lilian Barton-Sartorius, ninth generation, and his two children. The wines have an exceptional capacity of ageing and are at their best drinking window between twelve and thirty years old.
