The Domaine
The Pellé story began in Morogues in the 20th century. The estate is a treasure of parcels spread over the typical flint and Kimmeridgian marl soils. It is a strength the Pellé family places at the heart of their wine philosophy, aiming to sublimate every locality in its possession by vinifying them individually. In 2007, the vines, handed down from father to son, came back into the hands of the young Paul-Henry, assisted by the oenologist Julien Zernott. The estate nowadays extends over forty-two hectares and has become a key player in the appellation.
The wine
The region is well known for its exceptional climate and 2021 does not make an exception. This cuvée offers beautiful balance between exotic fruit aromas and flowers.
