The Domaine

It extends to 18 hectares cultivated in biological agriculture by Emmanuel and Patrice Guillot, with a Burgundy spirit and expertise inherited from their father, and vinified traditionally. They propose wines from old vines with deep aromas.

The wine

The parcels are planted on generous soils, and grapes are harvested at full maturity, which gives us a gourmet wine, powerful and well-structured that stands out by its juice, pepper, and spices.
