It extends to 18 hectares cultivated in biological agriculture by Emmanuel and Patrice Guillot, with a Burgundy spirit and expertise inherited from their father, and vinified traditionally. They propose wines from old vines with deep aromas.

The wine

This red Mâcon opens on spicy notes and is structured in the mouth. It offers a lovely mineral finale that is typical of the terroir.

In 2019, the wines were fine and supple, more structured and balanced than the previous year.
