The House founded by Antoine De Sousa in 1986 is now in the hands of his son Erick. The winegrower favors late harvests for the grapes to give rich and generous perfumes. The viticulture is certified biological and biodynamic. The result is opulent and refined wines that are admirable companions of gastronomic cuisine.
This cuvée is the essence of the Avize terroir. The estate practices minimal intervention and shows great respect for the environment.
