The Château Romassan has been entirely replanted when bought by the Ott family in 1956. The fourth generation now takes good care of it.

The wine

A color with golden highlights and a citrus perfume on the nose; pink grapefruit and fruit tart in the mouth. The attack is lively, the finale is complex and persistent.
