The Domaine
This small estate is very confidential and owns its name to its geographic location. Guillaume Michaut cultivates the 8 hectares planted by his grandfather on the slopes of Beines in Chablis. Each cuvée is elaborated with a great passion for the vine and terroir.
The wine
It offers aromas of white flowers, an unctuous mouth, and beautiful delicateness.
2022 is generous and perfectly structured in the mouth.
