    The Domaine

    Catarina and François Buisine bought the estate in 2001 after they fell in love with it during a visit. It is located in the heights, in a preserved environment where a typical Mediterranean wind ideal for the vines blows. The couple chose a bespoke vinification parcel by parcel.
