Marie and Olivier Horiot took over the family legacy in 1999, bringing new light to the village of Riceys. They cultivate vines following biological agriculture practices and biodynamic methods. Olivier offers a privileged treatment to Pinot Noir and ancient varietals and favors little to no intervention during the vinification.
