Xavier Alazard follows his father's path and perpetuates the family legacy. He practices integrated farming and has been a member of the Culinary College of France since 2015. His oil of excellent quality is to be found on the most prestigious tables across the country.
These olives of the Tour d'Argent parcel were harvested in the fall of 2022 in the Baux-de-Provence village by the olive farmer Xavier Alazard.
