We work with the Alsatian family-owned foie gras house Feyel Artzner, which stands out for more than 200 years of know-how. Innovative in terms of preparation and conditioning of foie gras, it is attached to crucial values: quality of products, respect for animal welfare and training of its chefs through the transmission of know-how.

Ingredients: duck foie gras, salt, Porto, Cognac, sugar, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite.
