Pignon Blanc farm
Located in the commune of Corbreuse (91), the exploitation was originally a cereal one but Sylvain Barbery who took it over in 2004 transformed it into poultry farming in 2018. His wife joined him and the couple is very attentive to the well-being of their animals. They are the official supplier of the Rôtisserie Tour d'Argent et deliver to us delicious capons every year for Christmas.
