These vegetable spreads are an ode to nature and can be enjoyed as an aperitif on a toasted bread or as an appetizer on a beautiful slice of country bread accompanied by a raw ham.
The spreads are cooked with imagination by Stéphane Strobl in the cauldrons of Rue Traversette, between vineyards and garrigues in Saint-André-de-sangonis in the heart of Hérault. Since 2005, Rue Traversette has been potting all that the plant world has to offer: vegetables, fruits and spices.
