The winegrowers
The estate owned by the Tardy family is nowadays run by Charles and François. These two are very attached to the diversity of the different terroirs constituting the property. Close to nature, they like to nurture the microbial life of the vineyard, limit the production, and work the soils. They took the turn of biological agriculture in 2009.
The wine
From a clay and limestone soil with a great slope, this Roussane Marsanne has an intense nose of yellow stone fruits, peach, and apricot. The unctuous mouth will be as expressive. 2020 has been an early vintage as in many vineyards, and the harvest of the whites began in August. Of homogeneous nature, the 2020 vintage is very promising for the whites in the north of the Rhone Valley.
