The Domaine
The estate benefits from an exceptional location because of the reunion of all geologic and climatic characteristics favoring great Alsace wines; the Capuchin monks were already producing wine there during the XVIIth century. It is nowadays renowned worldwide, and the property is run by Catherine Faller, who is supported by his sons Eddy and Theo.
The wine
This Gewurztraminer from a marl, limestone, and sand soil is quite complex, with beautiful notes of yellow fruits.
