The Domaine
The property owned by the Dubourdieu family is located in the commune of Beguey near Cadillac. The vineyard of 20,5 hectares favors durable viticulture and Denis Dubourdieu abandoned the use of chemicals with time. To balance the carbon footprint, he also decided to invest in a forest estate equal in area to the vineyard.
The wine
2009 is undoubtedly a beautiful vintage that will give perfectly mature red wines.
This wine is made of a blend based on Merlot and Petit Verdot. It will offer aromas of blackcurrant, licorice, and smoke. Powerful and velvety in the mouth.
