    The Domaine

The Trimbach family is in Alsace since 1926 and the property is nowadays run by Hubert and Bernard Trimbach. Apart from its long history, the estate is located on the best parcels of the Alsace vineyard. The House's style is characterized by racy wines and respect for the traditions of vinification.

    The wine

2009 has been a quite hot year in Alsace and temperatures helped a lot in the maturity of grapes.

From the most beautiful terroirs of Ribauville, the cuvée Frederic Emile gives mineral aromas with much complexity and a powerful and racy mouth. It is the perfect candidate for aging.
