    Stéphan Perrotte is a passionate jam maker who is always looking for new recipes. Mastering traditional know-how and cooking science, he chooses fruits, rare spices, and unknown aromatic plants, to revive their authentic taste. He is the only French jam-maker to have won the contest of Best Jam-maker of France (2014) and the World Jam Championship (2015).
