    Description

    Assembled with the first spring harvests, this honey comes from flowers of clover, broom, hawthorn, apple tree, cherry wood, dandelion, and canola.

    Clément Hamette

    Son of the fifth generation, Clément perpetuates the family's traditional exploitation located near the Fontainebleau forest since 2019. The beekeeper works with about a thousand hives installed in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Île-de-France, and Centre-Val de Loire. He proposes several gourmet recipes such as delicious honey-filled candies but also rare kinds of honey, by moving the beehives following the blooming of flowers, known as transhumance.
