Immersed in a marriage of Grand Marnier, Cointreau and Mandarine Impériale, they are first captured in a mixture of butter and caramelized sugar lengthened with the Fine Champagne Tour d'Argent then gently soak in this irresistibly greedy mixture. A dessert concocted in the kitchens of our restaurant, scented with orange and paired with delicate orange peel.
Tasting secret: take the jar out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving, choose your best plates, place two pieces of crepes in the centre, serve with a scoop of Madagascar vanilla ice cream. Enjoy the tasting!
