These old-fashioned sardines are made in limited quantity. They pay tribute to the historic expertise of Breton canner and to the artists of the region that illustrate the tins.

    Cannery Jean-François Furic

    Located in western Brittany, the family perpetuates the expertise of the dean Alain Furic, the first fish canner, for four generations. His grandson Jean-François and his wife Joëlle now run the enterprise, helped by their children Sten and Maria.

    In the harbor of Saint-Guénolé, they select the best sardines in the early morning and gut them by hand. The name of the fishing boat and its debarking harbor are written on every tin.

    Artisanship and respect for traditions, knowledge, and passion for sea products make their work a reflection of all sea richness.

    Ingredients: fresh sardines (78%), extra virgin olive oil*, salt.
