A rigorous selection of brown mustard seeds, stone-ground, mildly seasoned, using traditional work techniques and knowledge, patience and slow maturation in oak casks over three months gives this fine green pepper mustard this unique flavour.
In the 19th century, the former Poitou-Charentes region was one of the main producers of mustard. Nathalie Courrèges took over the Moutarderie Charentaise in 2018 and is committed to optimizing the company's own values: the quality of the product, the origin of the raw materials, the respect of the artisanal manufacturing recipes and real know-how. The Moutarderie offers savoury but also sweet and is known for its generosity of taste.
