In the 19th century, the former Poitou-Charentes region was one of the main producers of mustard. Nathalie Courrèges took over the Moutarderie Charentaise in 2018 and is committed to optimizing the company's own values: the quality of the product, the origin of the raw materials, the respect of the artisanal manufacturing recipes and real know-how.
