    The tin is illustrated by the French painter Delphine Cossais.

    Since 1887 and four-generation, the same expert gesture and traditional know-how are transmitted. In Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, the sardines are selected, cut, and put in tins fresh and by hand at the best moment of the season.
