Our Head Sommelier and bartenders reveal to you some good homemade mixed drinks for appetizers or parties that will seduce all palates. Inspired by our House’s history and mixology trends, they put their expertise at the service of exclusive creations that pay tribute to the art of cocktails. They are the perfect balance between sweetness and freshness and are almost ready to drink!
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes and pour:
- 4 cl. of Cognac Ile de Ré Camus
- 2 cl. of Mademoiselle syrup
- 1 cl. of lemon juice
Complete with ginger ale and add a zest of lemon for decoration.
Fill your glass with ice cubes and pour :
4 cl. of Guignolet (wild cherry liquor)
5 cl. of Côtes-de-Provence
6 cl. of lemonade
Stir with a spoon and add a few cherries in brandy for decoration.
