- 1 cl lime juice

- 2 cl cane syrup

- 10 cl kombucha

- 2 cl peach syrup

- ice

The new after diner cocktail that will replace your espresso martini and amaze your guests.

 

- 4 cl Fin de Partie whisky

- 4 cl cold brew

- 2 cl almond cream

- 2 cl homemade cinnamon syrup*

- ice

 

*melt sugar in the water and add a cinnamon stick.

West indies negroni

One of the favourites of our Head Sommelier twisted according to his fantasy. Our rare rum takes the place of the gin and Xeres replaces Vermouth. We love it!

 

- 6 cl rum Nicaragua & Jamaica

- 2 cl of Sherry

- 2 cl Campari
