The Domaine

It was created in Pommard in 1985 by Jean-Michel Boillot. The latter met and get trained by the side of Olivier Leflaive before opening his own estate. He is nowadays at the head of 11 hectares of vines worked with passion and serious.

The wine

The supple mouth is precise. 1999 faced a hot and sunny period. Pairing: nice with Bresse poultry.
