    Description

It is at 22 years old that Paul-Henri Thillardon, grandson of winegrower, decided to establish his vineyard in the Beaujolais region. He works in biological agriculture since day one and nowadays in biodynamics too. Joined by his sister and two brothers, he gives priority to a great diversity of the fauna and flora inside the estate and ploughs soil with his two horses. The family develops the full potential of Chénas appellation, quite confidential, and favours native yeasts and minimal filtration.
