GOOSE FOIE GRAS DES TROIS EMPEREURS
The story begins in June 1867 at the Café Anglais, during a memorable dinner. Around the table, William I, the King of Prussia, the Tsarevitch Alexander III and the Tsar of all the Russias, Alexander II, who was surprised by the absence of foie gras on the menu. "In June, nothing very surprising" retorted the Chef of the Café Anglais, Claudius Burdel. So in the fall, he had the precious terrine created for the occasion brought to Alexander II: the Foie gras des Trois Empereurs. Indissociable from La Tour d'Argent, the foie gras of the Three Emperors is a delicacy of choice. Served by the spoonful, only in the restaurant, it is offered in very limited quantities, on the occasion of the holidays and presented in a precious white porcelain terrine. Gourmets will be able to treat themselves to one of the restaurant's most coveted dishes and the privilege of tasting it at home. Made exclusively from carefully selected whole goose liver, its extremely fine texture is enhanced by the aromas of black truffles. Chef Yannick Franques' custom seasoning gives this exceptional dish an absolutely unique taste.

WHOLE DUCK FOIE GRAS IN TERRINE
Prepared from whole foie gras macerated in white port and cooked in a terrine, this foie gras retains all its finesse and authentic aromas. Presented in a white porcelain case bearing the restaurant's coat of arms, the whole duck foie gras is cooked according to an exclusive recipe by Chef Yannick Franques. The most refined tasting moments are in prospect.
