Saturday 30th April, the Tour d’Argent will close its doors for a huge renovation of nine months piloted by Franklin Azzi Design. The longest and most complete works of its history since 1936 when the restaurant was moved to the sixth floor. It is still too soon to unveil details on this metamorphosis but the goal is clear: put Tour d’Argent in the 21st century. We will take inspiration from its legacy and keep what makes it famous: the splendid wine cellar taken over by Victor González, the theatre of duck, the majestic service of the room director Stéphane Trapier, and the culinary art of our Chef Yannick Franques.
