In 1867 at the Café Anglais, during a memorable dinner attended by William I, King of Prussia, Tsarevich Alexander III, and Tsar of All Russia, Alexander II was surprised that he was not served with foie gras. In June, nothing surprising replied Adolphe Dugléré, then Chef of the Café Anglais. Autumn arrived, and he had Alexander II bring the precious terrine created for the occasion by Claudius Burdel, owner of the English Café: the Foie Gras of the Three Emperors.

You want to keep the foie gras in the refrigerator and consume it within 21 days after reception. Once open, cover it with food film and enjoy it within two days. It is not advised for pregnant women.

Delivered with care by our partner Chronofresh in respect of the cold chain. Depending on your availability and eventual constraints imposed by the conveyor, the delivery delay can be prolonged by 1 to a few days in exceptional situations.
