    Description

    The distillery

    Mathieu Sabbagh perpetuates the tradition of itinerant distillers with Alambic Bourguignon, and travels the vineyards of Burgundy from Gevrey Chambertin to Paris L'hôpital, from Moroges to Pommard to distill grape marc and wine lees from the region's most prestigious terroirs.

    The gin

    15 plants including juniper berries are mixed with Burgundy Chardonnay and Pinot Noir eaux-de-vie. The result is a singular and spicy gin with ginger and lemongrass, marked by its winemaking heritage.
