    In another life, Emmanuel Burlot could have been a druid or a hermit. About fifteen years ago, this aesthete at the wrong time bought a mountain chalet at the foot of the Aiguilles d'Arves, in Savoie. Patient, passionate, in love with nature and its treasures, our man picks by hand the plants of his mountain, most of them wild. These plants have more taste and virtue than cultivated plants. A handful is enough to prepare an infusion intense in taste and good for health.
