Duck terrines prepared by our Chef and one of the best workers of France, Yannick Franques, in the purest tradition of the recipes of La Tour d’Argent, just like our spreads, cooked with love in the cauldrons of the cannery Rue Traversette, in the heart of the Hérault. On the terrine side, the first is a nod to the famous caneton with the orange of the house, the second is spicy with green pepper. They will surely find themselves in your picnic baskets for tasty lunch on the grass, or, at the time of the aperitif! These two sweets spread on a slice of traditional or country bread and are accompanied by beautiful Bordeaux or Burgundian labels.

The cannery Rue Traversette puts in pot everything that the plant world offers us beautiful and good since 2005. Heiress of a French art of living and entertaining, the passion for the gastronomy of La Tour d’Argent has naturally led us to develop over time our range of fine grocery products that are created exclusively for our online shop and the Petite Epicerie de la Tour.
