The estate

The estate has been run by Xavier Weisskopf and his wife since 2005. The 7 hectares of vines are organically grown. A great deal of work has been carried out on the estate to ensure the most precise viticulture and vinification.

The wine

This cuvée is a 100% Chenin. Vinified dry, this Chenin offers notes of green fruit, such as apple, alongside very delicate notes of white flowers. The aromatic intensity and persistence of this wine attest to its high quality.
