    Description

    The vineyard

    The vineyard in Aiton in Savoie is run by Maxime Dancoine. The vines benefit from an ideal terroir with steep, south-facing slopes. With such a topography, the winemaker does all the work in the vineyard by hand. The vineyard boasts a huge diversity of grape varieties, enabling Maxime Dancoine to produce a multitude of wine styles.

    The wine

    Big Bang is a blend of several Savoyard grape varieties from different plots. The result is a wine with great aromatic complexity and remarkable balance. Malolactic conversion and ageing on the lees add texture, complexity and smoothness to the wine. The wine reveals notes of white flowers, yellow fruit and toast.
