The vineyard

The vineyard was established in 1966 and is still owned by the Ostertag family, headed by Arthur Ostertag, the third generation of the family. Biodynamically managed, the estate's top priority is respect for nature and the soil. To ensure quality, the grapes are harvested by hand.

The wine

This Ostertag cuvée comes from vines planted on hillsides whose exposure favors the development of ripe fruit notes. This cuvée is marked by notes of yellow fruit and a remarkable density on the palate due to ageing in oak barrels.
