    Description

    The vineyard

    Clément and Caroline Lavallée took over the family estate in 2019, and today manage the 14.5 hectares of vines in the Auxerrois and Chablis regions. With respect for nature at the heart of their philosophy, Clément and Caroline have decided to limit the use of sulfur and chemicals as much as possible.

    The wine

    Domaine Clément Lavallée's Chablis is full of freshness, with notes of green fruit such as apple. This estate cuvée displays a tension worthy of the greatest Chablis.
