Le domaine

The family vineyard owns some of the finest terroirs in Burgundy.In fact, the domaine has twelve premier crus and three grands crus.Using classic winemaking methods, the domaine produces elegant, concentrated wines, most of which deserve a few years in the cellar.

The wine

Bossières is marked by notes of red cherry and undergrowth. Some vegetal notes, such as tomato leaf, make this a remarkably elegant wine. Fine, silky tannins contribute to the wine's balance.

The wine can be aged in wine cellar.

Better served between 15°C - 17°C.
