Called "Zero Kilometre Water" since it eliminates the transport and packaging of glass and plastic water bottles, reduces waste, eliminates the handling of bottles and reduces our carbon footprint.

Our water is now offered and served in custom-made crystal carafes from the Waltersperger workshops, located in Abbeville in Upper Normandy. Artisan glassmakers since 1916, Waltersperger embodies expertise and quality and is a leading brand in the glassmaking tradition of the Bresle Valley. As such, the honeycomb pattern of our carafes is made in the purest glass tradition, a nod to the motif found on the historic decanter of the Café Anglais, which is used to serve our exceptional bottles.
Crêpes Mademoiselle, the iconic dessert of the Tour d'Argent, appeared on the restaurant's menu under the name of Crêpes Belle Epoque at the beginning of the 20th century.
