The estate
Today, the Pillot estate cultivates 14.8 hectares of vines across no fewer than 22 appellations in the Côte de Beaune. In Chassagne-Montrachet, the estate produces elegant wines that perfectly reflect the terroirs from which they originate.
The wine
This Chardonnay from the Pillot estate offers notes of green fruits such as apple and pear, supported by a creamy texture. The wine has great aromatic intensity, with complex aromas of melted butter and pastry cream.
