    Description

    The domain

The Belargus estate takes its name from the blue butterfly that inhabits the vineyards. The wines offered there are of remarkable precision and, for this reason, are among the most sought-after Loire bottles. The 24 hectares of the estate are managed using biodynamic practices. In a desire to best capture what the terroir has to offer, the estate produces a wide variety of parcel wines.

    The wine

Derived from vines planted on schist soils, the cuvée reveals a concentrated Chenin with a harmonious structure. The wine offers an elegant aromatic palette blending fruity notes of apple, pear, and yellow cherry with more complex notes of fresh almond, honey, and quince.
