    The estate

    The couple have been running the vineyard since 2002. Damien and Coralie are committed to making wines that perfectly reflect the terroir, which is why they use indigenous yeasts and age the grapes as precisely as possible.

    The wine

    Quatre mains is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc single varietal. The wine reveals notes of green apple, yellow lemon and grapefruit. The cuvée is concentrated and has great aromatic persistence.
